The Founder
The Founder of NextGen White Label, Brian Melendez, started the company in July of 2020 in Bristol, Connecticut.
The company gained traction at an amazing pace and very shortly moved into an office after Brian gained 3 clients in his first month. After seeing the opportunity to not only grow a company past 7 figures, he also realized that he can help businesses keep their dream alive by acquiring customers in the place they visit every day, online.

How long does it take to build a website?
The first draft for a one page website will only take one week after the day you submit the form. For more than one page, the first draft of the website will be after 2-3 weeks (or depending on the agreement) the day you submit the form.
Do you write the website copy? If so, how much would it cost?
For standard websites, we do not provide copy unless a client allows us to paraphrase information from other places on the internet. We don’t generally write copy for the website for others unless they purchase a smart site then we will write the copy in-house.
What hosting platform do you use? And how much does it cost?
We use Cloudways. Cloudways Vultr High Frequency Server offers 32GB of storage and 1GB of RAM for $13.10/month. For eCommerce, if the website is getting too much traffic, you can scale for a higher RAM and storage. Cloudways – Vultr High Frequency is our recommendation and it is the fastest/affordable server per dollar spent. It’s a pay-as-you-go service. Do we sign a NDA for projects?
No, we usually don’t unless a client asks or if it’s a big project. We do have a short agreement that has the scope of the project so that everyone is on the same page. We are looking for a long-term relationship so your best interest is our best interest. We do not look to reach out to any of your clients or harm your business in any way. We prefer to help you grow your business which will result in more business for us.

You get 2 revisions for all services.
Can you provide website maintenance?
We can provide website maintenance as low as $40 a month or $450 per year so your clients don’t have to come to you every time they need changes.
Do you have a system you all use for communication and project management?
We communicate with our clients through email, zoom meetings, or phone calls (if needed). We use ClickUp for project management and Slack with the team only. We ask our client to have all changes to the website/graphics through email as we cannot guarantee the changes will be made if you send it through text or phone call. This is so that all communication is in just one platform and can easily be found for future reference.
